Mina completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa.  Mina was first exposed to research during her fourth year, where she completed her undergraduate thesis entitled "Inflammatory responses to cumulative spine loading based on body composition" under the supervision of Dr. Ryan Graham. She is continuing her education under the supervision of Dr. Ryan Graham for her master's, where she will explore her interest in observing spine motion patterns of clinical populations, specifically in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
